Happens when: You have Vista and possibly installed OF over COH, possibly over a patched COH. This is just based on what we have seen in the forums in the past couple days. Please note that these workarounds are unofficial and we can't guarantee they will work. Jlunderville helped me compile this list for everyone to help explain some of the error codes.
